The walk starts and ends in Slad, the village in which Laurie spent his childhood, and will take in the village pond, Swifts Hill and the magnificent countryside that informed some of the most memorable moments in Cider with Rosie. We finish the walk outside the Woolpack (with an optional lunch)
The walk is relatively challenging with four stiles and a couple of hills to negotiate. It should be no problem for someone used to countryside walking but numbers are limited to 25.
Please note: Walkers should be aware that you undertake the walk at your own risk
