Laurie Lee and the Slad Valley: A walk with David Parker A half day walk ending with an optional pub lunch at the Woolpack in the village.
Slad Valley Walk
A three hour and a half hour walk through the landscapes that shaped Laurie Lee's writing. Through the magic of modern digital technology, we will be accompanied by the voice of the writer himself and led by David Parker, the film maker who recorded the words of Laurie in the locations we shall pass through.
